Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

SportsID, Inc. has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe what we prohibit, how we act on reports, and how to reach us.

These standards apply to the SportsID application and to all SportsID, Inc. products and services.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

SportsID strictly and explicitly prohibits the following:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, or storing any content that sexually exploits or abuses a minor, in any form, including computer-generated depictions.
• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any conduct, communication, or content that constitutes, facilitates, promotes, or glorifies the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
• Grooming. Any attempt to build a relationship with a minor through deceptive, manipulative, or exploitative communication for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
• Solicitation. Soliciting sexual content from, or engaging in sexual conversation with, any person under the age of 18.
• Sexualization of Minors. Sharing, distributing, or promoting sexually explicit or suggestive content to or about a minor.

Accounts found in violation are suspended or permanently terminated, and reports are made to the appropriate authorities.

3. Platform Safeguards

SportsID provides the following controls to help protect minors on the platform:

• Privacy controls. Profiles can be set to private, personal details can be hidden, and users can block others and manage who follows them.
• In-app reporting. Any profile, post, or piece of media can be reported from inside the app, without leaving it.
• Review and enforcement. Reported content and accounts are reviewed by our team. Content that violates these standards is removed and the account is actioned.
• Identity verification. Coaches and organizations can verify their credentials, and verified accounts carry a badge visible to families.

Safeguards are reviewed as the platform develops. This section describes controls available today.

4. Reporting a Child Safety Concern

If you encounter or suspect a child safety violation on SportsID, report it immediately. We act on reports promptly.

• In the app. Use the Report option on any profile, post, or media item.
• By email. safety@sportsid.io

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first. In the United States you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678.

Where required by law, SportsID reports child sexual abuse material, online enticement of a child, and child sex trafficking to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperates with law enforcement.

5. Child Safety Point of Contact

SportsID has designated a point of contact responsible for reviewing reports, coordinating our response, and answering questions about how these standards are enforced.

6. Legal Alignment

These standards are maintained in alignment with:

• The Google Play Developer Program Policy, Child Safety Standards
• Our reporting obligations to NCMEC under United States federal law

These standards are reviewed regularly. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
